Tips for Work-From-Home, that keeps the spirit alive


COVID’19 has brought many businesses to adopt Work-From-Home policies. So here I come with few tips that can help you to keep your sprite alive while working form your home.

  • Develop a Morning Routine  

Don’t turn your laptop on right after waking up. Try to do some indoor exercises before starting your work 
  • Get Dressed

Working with PJs and tees on sound relaxing, No doubts but if you get dressed it’ll help you psychologically ready for work

  • Clean Work-space

It’s important to have a clean and organized place to work. It’ll help you psychologically satisfy to work and it won’t distract you. 
  • Follow routine

It is better to establish your routine and fix your working hours, that should be near to your actual working hour at the office. It’ll not only help you to interact with your coworkers but also help you to develop a healthy work-life balance 
  • Hack your lunch break for Family time

While working at home, you should not forget that you’re around your family members, and they’re seeking to spend some time with you because it is going to be very healthy to have your meals while sitting next to your family
  • Take regular breaks

Spending 8 hours straight in front of the screen is not healthy. It is very important for you to take breaks from the screen and give your eyes some relief. It is also important for your psychological health. You can use your break-time to play with your pets 

  • Socialize with colleagues
Communication is the key to success. While working remotely it is very important for you to stay connected with your colleagues, not just to develop and organize task but also to make jokes and share difficulties 

  • Not forget to ‘Have Fun
    There are many activities you can do, while working and after completing your work in order to stay active. 
    Work is important but Work is not everything

    • Stay Positive 
    Working for over 8 hours, while sitting alone in your room sound terrible and boring but you have to stay positive & keep communicating with your coworkers, a team so you can keep remembering that you’re not alone, they are people just like you. 

    • End Your Day With a Routine 
    It is very important for you to have your Day-End routines. Somethings are very simple like watching movie/season or listing to your favorite podcast.
